Delivery Schedule

We will normally despatch your order within 48 hours. International orders are generally received within in 10 to 14 working days.

All orders are despatched first class post or Airmail and delivery charges are detailed at the checkout prior to you

being committed to making the purchase.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty.

Any goods returned should be in a saleable condition and you will be entitled to an exchange or refund providing you notify us via phone or email within 7 working days from receipt of the goods and return them to us.

No returns will be accepted without prior arrangement. We will issue you a Returns Reference. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return, which should be well packed and clearly labelled enclosing your Returns Reference and sent back to:

The information we require from you when placing an order is for billing and delivery purposes or for contacting you if we have a query. When placing an order to purchase goods from asenseofcalm.com you will be sent an automatic email confirming receipt of the order.

All products offered for sale at asenseofcalm.com are priced in US Dollars. For International customers, the rate of currency exchange will be determined by the customer’s own credit card company, or PayPal. All other terms and conditions apply.

Goods ordered from asenseofcalm.com for delivery outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, these will be levied once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any customs or import duties due when your package reaches its destination country will be your responsibility, we have no control over these and do not know what they may be, as customs policies vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for full details and regulations.

We try to hold stocks of all listed products, however occasionally an item will be out of stock, if this is the case we will inform you. All delivery dates are estimates and are subject to availability.

Online payment will be provided in a secure environment. Payments must be made in US Dollars and by any one of the payment credit or debit cards accepted by PayPal. We use PayPal as our exclusive payment processing partner to handle your payment card details. PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems and none of the financial details you submit to PayPal during the payments process are revealed to us or stored by us.

DO NOT email your card details. No responsibility can be taken for security if you provide your details in this way. Card fraud is illegal and we always prosecute.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
